Professional and Amateur Athlete’s

We are well-versed in athlete training and what it takes to perform at your very best. Whether you are training for your next fight or physical competition in any sport. We will work with you across nutrition, strength & conditioning training, injury prevention and rehabilitation and more. We take a holistic approach to athlete’s health and well-being backed by science from the inside out. We will even work with your trainers to tailor the right plan for you.

Many of the Coast’s top sporting gyms are already sending their athletes to My Bodyworx to complement their existing training regimes with our sports therapy services and nutritional guidance.

Active Adults

Many of our members are made up of fit and healthy adults aged 25+ who enjoy attending our intimate group classes, and personal training sessions as well as obtaining advice on how to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

These members tend to already live active and healthy lives but as they get older may suffer from a variety of injuries or ailments. They require advice and guidance from our incredible Health Coach Tash.

These members also enjoy the small group community we have built here at My Bodyworx and enjoy the social aspect of the group fitness classes whilst improving their techniques on a more personal level.

Beginner’s

If you’ve been out of action for a while due to injury or a sedentary lifestyle, and are not sure where to start in your health and fitness journey, we can help.

We find many of our members are not confident with attending the larger gyms when first starting out. Our small and intimate fitness studio provides the perfect space to build your confidence and improve your fitness levels. We get to understand your abilities and then tailor a plan to you so you can effectively build a routine and actually enjoy your workouts.

Senior’s

We believe the key to living a long healthy life is moving every day. As we age, our movement becomes limited but there is no need to spend hours sweating it out in the gym. We assess your functional ability and work with you to improve it over time.

We understand that injuries and illness may play a part in your overall health and wellbeing and we factor those into your training.

We will never push you too hard, our goal is to make you LOVE coming to My Bodyworx and leave feeling better and more empowered every single time.
