We run private 1 on 1 personal training sessions, as well as partner training (2 people) and trio (3 people) personal training sessions so you can get your friends involved and motivate one another every week.

With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tash has extensive personal training experience and brings in her outstanding knowledge and skills to our clients with tailored and customised plans that fit them and their lifestyle based on their ability and level.
